Tickets are £2 each, once you have purchased you will be added to the list, and your tickets will be drawn on the live. Your ticket must end in a 0 to be a winner. For every 10 tickets purchased you will get a spin on the wheel. 

If you are a winner please purchase your shipping, once received the item will be packaged and sent out to you within 2-3. Once shipped you will receive an email to say that it has been shipped. 

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

  • Proof of age may be required before a prize is awarded.

  • By entering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate.

2. Entry Methods

  • Paid Entry: You can enter online by purchasing a ticket at the advertised price.

  • Free Entry: You may enter the tombola for free by sending a clearly written postal entry to:

    Each postal entry must include:

    • Your full name

    • Date of birth

    • Email address

    • Contact phone number

    • Confirmation that you agree to these Terms and Conditions

    Postal entries give you one free ticket and will be drawn on the next live event. Only 1 entry per person every month, Illegible, or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

3. Closing Date

  • All live draw tickets will drawn during live events, any received afterwards will be held until the next event.

4. Prize Draw

  • Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

  • The draw will be conducted when tickets sell out.

  • Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided and on TikTok post within 24 hours of the draw.

5. Prize Fulfilment

  • Shipping costs are not included with any prize.

  • If you win a prize, you must pay any applicable shipping or delivery costs before the item is dispatched.

  • Failure to pay shipping within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the prize, which may then be re-drawn or retained by the promoter.

6. General

  • No cash alternatives to prizes will be offered.

  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries lost or delayed.

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Personal Data

  • Your personal data will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.

  • By entering, you consent to your name being published if you are a winner, unless you notify us otherwise.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the LunarCat Online Prize Spin Wheel promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

- This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older.

- By participating, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all information submitted is accurate and complete.

- Employees of LunarCat are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry and Participation


  • To participate, you must purchase a valid ticket via LunarCat’s official website or platform.

  • Each ticket grants one (1) spin on the LunarCat Prize Spin Wheel.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, including in cases where no prize is won.

  • No free entries or bonus spins are available unless explicitly offered by LunarCat in a separate promotion.

3. No Guaranteed Prize


  • Prizes are not guaranteed.

  • The Prize Wheel includes segments that result in “No Win” or similar non-winning outcomes.

  • All spins are final and determined by an automated digital system. LunarCat’s decision regarding spin outcomes is final and binding.

4. Prizes


  • Prizes (if won) are displayed on the Prize Wheel and are subject to availability.

  • LunarCat reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value without notice.

  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Shipping and Delivery


  • If you win a physical prize, you are required to pay the shipping fee to receive your prize.

  • Shipping fees must be paid within 24 hours of being notified of your win. If the fee is not paid within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.

  • Shipping is only available to UK addresses.

  • LunarCat is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during delivery once a prize has been shipped.

6. Technical and System Requirements


  • The Prize Spin Wheel is hosted online only.

  • LunarCat is not responsible for any technical issues such as internet connectivity problems, device compatibility, or system errors that may affect your ability to participate.

  • In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the result of a spin, LunarCat reserves the right to void or redo the spin.

7. Participant Conduct


  • Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the Prize Wheel system (e.g., using bots, duplicate accounts, or falsified information) will result in disqualification and potential banning from future promotions.

  • LunarCat reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Promotion at any time for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability


  • By participating, you release and hold harmless LunarCat and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any prize.

  • LunarCat makes no guarantees regarding the condition, performance, or suitability of any prize awarded.
